Korinth Patterson serves as the Senior Vice President, Sport Administration and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) for Unisun Sports, where she oversees all Olympic sports and championships while serving as the primary liaison to the Council of Senior Woman Administrators. In this role, Patterson leads strategic initiatives focused on enhancing championship and event experiences, advancing operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with the conference’s long-term strategic goals.
Patterson joined Unisun Sports following a distinguished 16-year career with the Mid-American Conference (MAC), where she most recently served as Associate Commissioner for Championships and Sport Programs. During her tenure, she provided leadership for numerous conference championships and oversaw the operations of the MAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments. She also served as the Tournament Director for several marquee NCAA events, including the NCAA Division I Women’s Final Four and the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament First and Second Rounds.
Prior to her time with the MAC, Patterson served as the Director of Life Skills and Special Events at Indiana University, where she developed programs designed to enhance the student-athlete experience and foster personal and professional growth.
A former track and field student-athlete at Ball State University, Patterson earned her MBA in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University. Her extensive experience in championship administration, event management, and student-athlete development has established her as a respected leader within collegiate athletics.
