Kalista Gioglio serves as the Director of Executive Operations at Unisun Sports, where she oversees operational efficiency and executive support for two premier NCAA Division I conferences: the Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) and the United Athletic Conference (UAC). She stepped into this expanded role in July 2026, after previously serving in a similar capacity for the ASUN since June 2025. 

As a strategic liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, Gioglio ensures seamless communication and the flawless execution of organizational priorities. Working with the Chief Executive Officer, she oversees daily headquarters operations in Jacksonville, manages high-level administrative functions, and drives critical strategic initiatives. Her broad oversight encompasses personnel management, internal communications, financial reconciliation, and vendor partnerships. Additionally, she assists in the planning, logistics, and execution of major organizational events, including the basketball conference championships.  

Prior to joining the ASUN, Gioglio served as the Director of Administration/Special Assistant to the Athletic Director at Jacksonville University, where she was responsible for the daily internal operations of the athletic director’s organizational unit, business functions, and human resource activities. She joined JU in August 2023 as Assistant Director of Administration and was promoted in October 2024. While at Jacksonville, she also served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Advisor.  

Before her time at JU, Gioglio held multiple roles at Vanderbilt University, including Operations Manager for the Ingram Center for Student-Athlete Success, where she supported academic services, strategic planning, reporting, and center operations. She also served as the Program Assistant / Assistant to the Head Coach for the Vanderbilt Baseball program, managing team operations, travel, camps, and events. 

A native of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Gioglio earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she was a four-year field hockey letter winner and a four-time NFHCA Scholar-Athlete. She holds a master’s degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University.
