Kaitlin Parsons joined the Atlantic Sun Conference in July 2024 as the Senior Associate Commissioner for External Operations before being named the Senior Vice President for External Operations at Unisun Sports. Parsons spent eight years before her time at the ASUN and Unisun Sports at the University of North Florida. In her current role, she oversees all external operations including revenue generation, strategic communications, creative content, marketing and broadcasts.

Parsons joined the Ospreys in August 2016 and was elevated to serve as Associate Athletic Director for External Operations in August 2021. At UNF, she oversaw the external operations of the athletics department including marketing, communications, sponsorships, branding and licensing. Before her most recent role, she spent three years as Assistant AD for Marketing, two years as Director of Marketing, and five months as the Associate Director of Marketing for the Ospreys. 

Prior to UNF, Parsons was the Assistant Director of Marketing at the University of Idaho, and worked in minor league baseball in marketing and promotions. 

The West Virginia native graduated from Morehead State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and completed her graduate degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University in 2014.
