Joseph Kaminski serves as the Senior Vice President for Football & ASUN Basketball for Unisun Sports. Kaminski originally joined the Atlantic Sun Conference in July 2023 as the Senior Associate Commissioner for Sport Administration after serving nearly four years as the Associate Commissioner for Sport Administration for the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).

While with the CAA, Kaminski had oversight of several sports: Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving, Men's and Women's Tennis and Softball. He was also the championship director for the Women's Basketball Championship and the assistant championship director for Baseball.

Kaminski is a graduate of Medaille College in New York, where he was a four-year member of the baseball team, and has a Master’s Degree from Marshall University.
